The Parent Coach Certification Course, Solutions with Nan, and/or Kerri Nachlas (“Us” or “We”) provides The Parent Coach Certification Course website, checkout pages, learning platform, community spaces, and various related services and materials (collectively, the “Site”) to you, the User, subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Use”), as well as any other written agreement between us and you.

In addition, when using the Site, Users shall be subject to any posted rules applicable to the Site or Course that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in these Terms of Use. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are effective as of today's date. We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms of Use periodically. 2. Description of Services

We make various services available to the public or select Users on this Site including, but not limited to: parent coach certification course materials, educational training content, live and recorded instruction, downloadable resources, group and community access, workshops, public speaking engagements, recommended resources, social media links, and contact forms.
All services provided through the Course are educational in nature. The Course does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or mental health services, and participation does not create a therapist-client or medical provider relationship.

We reserve the sole right to modify or discontinue the Site or any portion of the Course, including features, content, or access, at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for exercising this right. Any new features or offerings that augment or enhance the Site or Course shall be subject to these Terms of Use.

Completion of this course does not guarantee Certification.

 


3. Purchases, Access, and Digital Delivery

By completing a purchase through our checkout system, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount displayed at checkout, including any applicable payment plans.

Upon successful payment, you will be granted digital access to the Course materials through our online platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing login information, redistributing Course materials, or granting access to any third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Due to the digital nature of the Course, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Payment Plans, Financial Responsibility, and Collections
If you elect to purchase the Course using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments associated with that plan. Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not reduce the total purchase price.

Failure to complete all required payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Course and related community spaces until the account is brought current. We reserve the right to revoke access permanently for nonpayment.
You agree that you are fully responsible for the total balance owed, regardless of course participation, completion, or perceived outcomes.

In the event of nonpayment, delinquency, or chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue collection of any outstanding amounts. You agree to be responsible for all reasonable costs associated with collection, including but not limited to administrative fees, collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by law.
This provision shall survive termination of access to the Course.
